Guys, I need help, yet again!

Sat Nov 7, 2009, 9:36 AM
  • Mood: Insecure
  • Listening to: Piya Haji Ali- A.R. Rehman
  • Watching: Episode 13 of I, Claudius
I have had writer's block for a record FOUR MONTHS, now! I need inspiration! Can you lovelies please help me by giving me interesting topics, paintings, books, poems, or otherwise to help inspire me? I'm getting very depressed from my lack of creativity as of late, as well as my perceived flowery style that I evidentaly must change. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just....dunno. >.>
I have a limited range of literature at the moment.
All I'm thinking of is Robert Frost, Edgar Allen Poe, and
Shirley Jackson. -mumbles- >^>

Lucius Malfoy: Master! We must flee!

Voldemort: Why?

Lucius Malfoy: He is here! The one who makes us writhe in pain!

Voldemort: Dumbledore?! Harry Potter?!

Lucius Malfoy: No, master! Worse!

Bush: 'Sup Dead Eaters!?!

Voldemort: Oh God.

Shirley Jackson... never heard of 'em. I'll have to check her out. What does she write like/about.

Or Van Gogh paintings.

poets are singers who haven't learnt to sing
musicians who haven't learned to play
they know not what it is we bring
think us priests who haven't learnt to pray.

I have one.

It's personal experience. Although it's a little half baked right now considering the experience is still being experienced. But alas it is deeply deep in all types of ways.

A mother deteriorating of cancer in the head. The emotional ties that bind her to the earth and her loved ones.

That's all :)

I wrote something similar before: [link] But, it would be nice to delve into that level of emotion again.

And I'm sorry to hear you've got a family member going through that at? How are they?
